This excellent addiction rehab centre is situated in rural, peaceful surroundings, offering a high standard of expertise and accommodation to it’s clients. What is the environment like?
Rural and scenic surroundings and large, airy, spacious facilities make this a peaceful setting to start the recovery process and become free from active addiction. The programme is structured and demanding but recognises that clients also benefit from time to relax and unwind. All clients have their own bedrooms and ensuite accommodation is available. Membership at a private health club is included and clients will be taken out for a meal once a month.
What is the ethos and approach?
A 12-Step Rehabilitation Programme which aims for total abstinence. The programme includes therapeutic groups and workshops which cover consequences of behaviour, relapse prevention, life skills, anger management, dealing with change and loss, trust and motivation, health and well being.
The primary purpose of the programme is to ensure that patients are made aware of all aspects of their addiction and to help them develop and move beyond their addiction.
Therapy sessions involve both individual and group participation. Groups focus on the individual’s experience prior to their addiction and during active addiction.
On a daily basis, group sessions are held morning and afternoon. At weekends there is free time to complete assignments and time off for the health club, shopping and family visits.
How long will I stay?
Most clients choose to stay between 4 – 6 weeks.

Men and women over the age of 18 who are dealing with addiction problems.
